Renting out

If you are thinking about renting out your home and you are not familiar with the rental market, it is possible to inform you what you can expect during a personal conversation.

What can you expect as a landlord/owner of HET HOOFSE HUIS during our collaboration:

  • First of all, an introductory meeting, without obligation for both parties. We view your property to be rented out and discuss your wishes and questions personally; Following this first conversation, you will receive a rental price quote, mediation costs and we will answer any questions you may have;

  • When a collaboration is established, you as the owner will receive a 'rental order', whereby you give HET HOOFSE HUIS an exclusive order to rent out your object(s); We plan the recording of the property to be rented out. The recording involves taking photos and measuring the spaces;

  • Immediately afterwards, the object is presented online on Pararius (paid site), the HHH website and various other sites (links via Pararius), Instagram and Facebook and any other platforms; Following are requests, which we answer, taking into account your wishes as the owner;

  • When we are convinced of 'good' candidate tenants, we schedule viewings of the property to be rented with potential candidate tenants until successful rental. As the owner you have the final say;

  • When you agree with the prospective tenant, HHH will draw up a preliminary agreement. This is an agreement between HHH and the prospective tenant. At that time, the prospective tenant must provide his name and address details, employer's statement including income and other documents and make a down payment to 'reserve' the property;

  • HHH starts drawing up a draft rental agreement in the Dutch language. You as the owner receive this concept. When you agree with the concept, the tenant will receive the concept for inspection; When both parties agree to the rental agreement (HO), the digital signing takes place and the key transfer (check in) is scheduled;

  • Before the key transfer, the tenant must have paid the 1st month's rent and deposit (with deduction of down payment) into HHH's account;

  • The key transfer takes place, during which a delivery report is drawn up, including an extensive photo report.

The tenant is moving to his/her new 'home'.
